nach der ersten Woche starker Einschränkungen durch Corona

sammeln sich viele Eindrücke, die wir gerne mit Euch teilen wollen.

Arbeiten zu im Büro und im Home-Office

· Wir sind dabei diese Art der Zusammenarbeit immer effektiver zu machen

· Wichtig ist, dass jeder für sich eine Struktur findet, in der er effektiv arbeiten kann

· Wichtig ist aber auch, dass jeder daran denkt, sich auch mal zu bewegen und mal frische Luft zu schnappen

Kommunikation

· Durch das verteilte Arbeiten ist es schwieriger sich gegenseitig abzustimmen

· Sprecht bitte proaktiv die Kollegen an, wenn Fragen oder Unklarheiten existieren

· Organisiert Euch in Chatgruppen und verabredet Euch zu Videocalls

· Hier helfen Euch Eure Teamleiter und sind dort erste Ansprechpartner

Entwicklung

· Es ist für uns sehr wichtig, dass die Entwicklung weitergeht

· Wir haben jetzt die Chance uns ohne viel Tagesgeschäft um die Entwicklung zu kümmern

· Hier haben alle dringende Themen und wenn es dort Fragen gibt, dann sprecht Eure Teamleiter an

Test

· Aktuell ist die Last bei den Kunden < 5%

· Wenn es grundsätzlich richtig und wichtig ist, zuvor auf einem Testsystem alles getestet zu haben,
dann könnt Ihr das jetzt in Frage stellen

· Aktuell könnt Ihr Euch und die Kunden entlasten, in dem wir Änderungen und Funktionen direkt live nehmen

· !!Dieses aber immer in Absprache mit dem Support UND Stefan und/oder mir

· Überlegt, was Ihr machen wollt und stimmt ab, wie Ihr damit live gehen könnt z.B. in einem kleinen Video Call

Nächste Woche

· Die Berichte, die Zahlen und die Maßnahmen werden nächste Woche noch viel drastischer werden

· Das ist jetzt schon klar

· Ihr braucht Euch da nicht zu viele Gedanken zu machen

· Deutschland ist am Besten auf die Krise vorbereitet

· Sachsen ist eines der sichersten Bundesländer in Deutschland

· Es ist aber auch ganz normal, dass Ihr Euch Gedanken macht und dass Ihr Angst um Euch, Eure Familie und die TraSo habt

· Keiner kann aktuell vorhersehen, was noch alles passiert 

· Keiner weiß, was noch alles auf uns zukommt

· Darum ist es auch okay Angst zu haben und auch darüber zu sprechen

· Was die TraSo betrifft, da haben wir aktuell sehr viel positive Gespräche und Alternativen bzgl. zusätzlicher Finanzierung,

· Wir tun alles dafür, dass die Auswirkungen für Euch so klein wie möglich sind und aktuell sieht es dafür gut aus

· Ich werde Euch über die Fortschritte immer sofort informieren und bin sehr zuversichtlich, dass es 
in den nächsten 1 – 2 Wochen konkrete und positive Nachrichten geben wird. 

Ich bin überzeugt, dass wir in der übernächsten Woche die ersten Aussagen bzgl. einer Besserung hören werden

Aktuell geht es darum, so vielen Menschen wie möglich klar zu machen, dass sie auf sich aufpassen müssen und

Dass sie die mögliche Verbreitung so stark wie möglich einschränken MÜSSEN.

Arbeiten in der TraSo

· Falls es auch für Sachsen (oder Waltersdorf) eine Ausgangsperre geben wird

· Dann darf man noch einen Tag ins Büro kommen

· Dann werden wir im Büro Passierscheine erstellen, mit denen man auch weiter ins Büro kommen darf.

· So wie wir im Büro arbeiten 

o Mit Abstand

o Mit Achtung der Hygienebestimmungen

Sehe ich durch das Arbeiten im Büro auch weiterhin kein erhöhtes Risiko für uns andere 

· Darum würde ich Stand heute auch bei einer Ausgangssperre diese Arbeit im Büro auch weiterhin zulassen

Themen nächste Woche/n 

· Im Büro / im Homeoffice

· In der nächsten Woche werden wir uns wieder etwas mehr mit der Planung beschäftigen

· Wir werden überlegen, wie wir die Zeit möglichst optimal nutzen können,
in der das Tagesgeschäft uns vom „Aufräumen“ und „Abarbeiten“ abhält

Please speak proactively to colleagues if there are questions or uncertainties

Organize yourselves in chat groups and make appointments for video calls

Here your team leaders will help you and are your first contact persons

Development

It is very important for us that the development continues

We now have the chance to take care of the development without much day-to-day business

Here everyone has urgent topics and if there are questions there, then talk to your team leaders

Test

Currently the load at the customers is < 5%.

If it is basically correct and important to have tested everything on a test system beforehand,

then you can question that now

Currently you can relieve yourself and the customers by taking changes and functions directly live

Germany is best prepared for the crisis

Saxony is one of the safest federal states in Germany

But it is also quite normal that you worry and that you are afraid for yourself, your family and the TraSo

No one can currently foresee what will happen

No one knows what else is in store for us

That's why it's okay to be scared and talk about it

As far as the TraSo is concerned, we are currently having a lot of positive discussions and alternatives regarding additional financing,

We are doing everything to make sure that the effects for you are as small as possible and currently it looks good for that

I will always keep you informed of progress immediately and I am very confident that 

will give concrete and positive news in the next 1 - 2 weeks.

I am convinced that in the week after next we will hear the first statements regarding an improvement

At present it is a matter of making it clear to as many people as possible that they have to take care of themselves and

That they HAVE to limit the possible spread as much as possible.

Working at TraSo offices

If there will also be a curfew for Saxony (or Waltersdorf)

Then you're allowed one more day in the office

Then we will create passes in the office, with which you will be allowed to go further into the office.

The way we work in the office

- Keep distance

- With respect for the hygiene regulations

- I still don’t see an increased risk for the rest of us

That is why, even if there were a curfew, I would still allow this work in the office
