folgende Info kam jetzt von INVIA:

Dear TraSo team,

we know that you are aware of the decision regarding the tour operator Invia International.

After careful consideration and thorough business analysis, the Invia group has decided to discontinue operations from the Czech republic within the current business model in CZ, SK, PL and HU markets.
This decision was internally communicated on 15.10.24. Traso was switched off from our websites at 18.00 hrs on 15.10.24. New bookings will not be made.
Our priority is to continue caring for our mutual clients and to ensure that existing bookings are handled with the usual care. A core team, consisting of Dana Grubauer, Jaroslav Borek and myself, supported by Jiri Rippel, will be taking care of the ramp down.

During the last 2 days we were focused to care for our team. Many of us are having their last working days soon, so there was a lot to be taken care of.
We now starting external communications with suppliers. We will inform them and ask to stop data delivery to you.

To give an overview of what our current situation is like:

We will continue support, operations and payment for existing clients and bookings.
Keep access to your reservation systems xRes, xMid open. xIBE will not be needed.
Kindly stop – if not done yet, importing and exporting processes.
Kindly stop a process called „booking comparison“ on your side. It is a cron job, runninig 1x per week.
Please inform us, if you see any unusual behaviour or if something needs to be clarified.

If we clarified the most urgent topics, we will also find the time to run through your ticketing system in Jira to clean up.
