I have two small pieces of information on dealing with admin tickets:
- As of today, we no longer save passwords in Jira - this mainly concerns FTP and test access. The data will be sent to the ticket creator via Element
- If you want to create tickets for us - just do it. You don't have to assign a status or sprint. We see new AD-xxxx tickets in an extra column in the Sprint Dashboard. On the other hand - if you create the ticket in our sprint and the status is not set to "open", we will not see that we have a new task. We would like to schedule new tickets ourselves :-)
Are there any objections?
