im Rahmen meiner Assistentenarbeit im 4. Semester
meines BWL-Studiums an der iba University möchte ich eine
Mitarbeiterumfrage
bei der TraSo durchführen, um die Auswirkungen der Corona-Pandemie
auf die
Mitarbeiterbindung und -zufriedenheit in IT-Unternehmen zu
erforschen. Es sind maximal 26 Fragen (ca. 10 Minuten). Die Umfrage
ist anonym, in
Englisch und in Deutsch verfügbar und die Ergebnisse werden nur
innerhalb der
Arbeit zu Forschungszwecken verwendet. Ich würde euch bitten, die
Umfrage bis
zum 07.06.2024, 15 Uhr auszufüllen.

Die Arbeit wird vertraulich behandelt, nicht
veröffentlicht und nur innerhalb des Studiums verwendet. D.h., nur
die
Korrekturassistenten und ggf. die Prüfungsaufsicht an der iba
Leipzig erhalten
Zugang zu dem Dokument und der darin enthaltenen Umfrage.
Die Corona-Pandemie war für uns alle eine schwere
Zeit. Nun gilt es, die Ereignisse und Erfahrungen der Jahre zu
analysieren und
aus ihnen zu lernen.
Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn ihr an der Befragung teilnehmt.

Dear TraSo Team!
As part of my assistent thesis in the 4th semester of my
Business Administration studies at iba University, I would like to
conduct an
employee survey at TraSo to explore the impact of the corona
pandemic on
employee retention and satisfaction in IT-companies. The survey
consists of a
maximum of 26 questions (approximately 10 minutes). It is anonymous,
available
in both English and German, and the results will be used solely for
research
purposes within my work. I kindly ask you to complete the survey by
June 7th,
2024, 3 PM.

published, and will only be used within the scope of my studies.
This means
that only the grading assistants and, if necessary, the examination

The corona pandemic was a challenging time for all
of us. It is now important to analyze the events and experiences of
those years
and learn from them.
