ein paar Mitarbeiter hatten sich einen Gesundheitstag in der TraSo gewünscht.

Es war uns möglich diese Wunsch kurzfristig umzusetzen und wir freuen uns, euch nun zum

1. TraSo Gesundheitstag am 21.05.2019

einzuladen.

Hier habt ihr die Möglichkeit, mehr aus euch herauszuholen, Neues zu lernen und evtl. die eine- oder andere Lebensgewohnheit zu überdenken bzw. zu verbessern. Wir bieten euch Workshops und Vorträge von Fachleuten.

Es sind 5 Workshops geplant, an denen ihr alle teilnehmen könnt, bei manchen Themen gibt es eine Gruppeneinteilung, die Vorträge dagegen finden für alle gleichzeitig statt. Es gibt kleine zeitliche Überschneidungen, die wir aber durch die richtige Gruppeneinteilung vermeiden können.

Anmeldung:

Auf dem Datashare findet ihr unter dem Ordner "Gesundheitstag" das Programm mit den Inhalten und den Referenten sowie Zeiten und Orte, hier könnt ihr euch auch mit eurem Namenskürzel anmelden.

Für Fragen zum Programm stehen wir euch sehr gerne zur Verfügung.

Wir würden uns freuen, wenn möglichst alle Mitarbeiter alle Angebote annehmen, nutzt den Tag für eure Gesundheit und euer Wohlbefinden.

a few employees had wished for a health day at TraSo.

It was possible for us to realize this wish at short notice and we are happy to invite you now to the

1st TraSo Health Day on 21.05.2019

Here you have the opportunity to get more out of yourself, to learn new things and possibly to rethink or improve one's lifestyle or another. We offer workshops and lectures by experts.
There are 5 workshops planned in which you can all participate, for some topics there is a group division, but the lectures take place for all at the same time. There are small time overlaps, which we can avoid by the correct group division.

Registration:
On the Datashare you can find the program with the content and the speakers as well as times and locations in the folder "Gesundheitstag", here you can also register with your name abbreviation.

If you have any questions about the program, please do not hesitate to contact us, we have translated the main topics of the program.
We would be happy if everyone would accept all offers, use the day for your health and well-being.
