Liebes Team,
wie letzten Mittwoch schon im Meeting besprochen haben wir für dieses Jahr ein paar unterschiedliche Sportangebote geplant. Diese findet ihr in der unten stehenden Doodleliste. Ihr könnt wie ebenfalls besprochen, sehr gerne auch eure Partner*in und Kinder mitbringen, aber denkt bitte dran diese auch mit Vor- und Zunamen in die Liste einzutragen. Bitte tragt euch bis Montag. 14.09.2020 jeweils für ein Sportangebot ein!

Falls ihr auch noch Vorschläge in punkto Unterhaltung habt, zum Beispiel jemand möchte singen, musizieren oder ähnliches sind wir dafür sehr offen und freuen uns auf eure Ideen.
Sicher haben sich manche auch schon Gedanken wegen der Corona
Auflagen gemacht. Derzeit dürfen nur maximal 50 Personen gemeinsam
feiern, eventuell werden wir aber mehr.
Zunächst feiern ja eigentlich 2 verschiedene Firmen (TraSo und focused services, also je 50 wären möglich ;o)) und dann können wir die Abstände ja dadurch sicherstellen, dass wir uns großflächig in der Villa verteilen können, d.h. wir essen auf der Terrasse, im Wintergarten, im OG am Esstisch, in den Nischen und im Meetingraum.
Am Buffet werden Daniela und ich euch gruppenweise bedienen und
am Grill sehr wahrscheinlich Oli und/oder Martin. Bitte
desinfiziert euch vorher die Hände, wir werden am Buffet
Desinfektionsmittel bereitstellen.
Selbstverständlich könnt ihr zwischendrin auch eine Maske tragen, falls ihr euch sonst unwohl fühlt.
Unten im Tischtennisraum wird dann ab ca. 20/21.00 Uhr der xClub
und die xBar für Stimmung sorgen und wir freuen uns schon jetzt
auf eine legendäre Feier mit euch!

Dear team,
like we already discussed in the meeting last Wednesday, we have
planned a few different sports activities for this year. You can
find them in the doodle list below. You are also welcome to bring
your partner and children, but please remember to include their
first and last names in the list. Please write your names
until Monday. 14.09.2020 for one sport each!

If you have any suggestions regarding entertainment, for example
someone would like to sing, make music or something similar, we
are very open and look forward to your ideas.
Surely some of you have already thought about the Corona
regulations. At the moment only 50 people are allowed to celebrate
together, but we might be able to get more.
First of all, there are actually two different companies (TraSo
and focused services, so 50 each would be possible ;o)) and then
we can make sure that we can spread out over a large area of the
villa, i.e. we eat on the terrace, in the winter garden, on the
upper floor at the dining table, in the niches and in the meeting
room.
At the buffet Daniela and I will serve you in groups and at the
grill very probably Oli and/or Martin. Please disinfect your hands
beforehand, we will provide disinfectant at the buffet.
Of course you can also wear a mask in between if you feel
uncomfortable otherwise.
Downstairs in the table tennis room the xClub and the xBar will
provide the right atmosphere and we are already looking forward to
a legendary party with you!
