We are currently experiencing problems with our INFX data ftp server ftp://ftpserver.condor.com.
Data production works perfectly fine; however, user “infx1” which is our standard user for all public access of the server is unable to connect with it.
All other users for specific data production are able to access the server!
Out IT dept. is working on the problem.
