Liebes TraSo-Team,

mittlerweile sind schon einige Wochen vergangen, seit wir uns alle zuletzt „in Echt" gesehen haben.

Die Zahlen in Leipzig in Hinsicht auf niedrige Infektionsrate, aber auch die steigende Anzahl der wieder Genesenen machen aber Hoffnung auf eine langsame Normalisierung der Lage, auch wenn wirtschaftlich noch ein langer Weg vor uns liegt.

Viele von Euch vermissen aber die Kollegen sehr und die, die regelmäßig weiter in die TraSo Villa gekommen sind, fanden es oftmals gespenstisch still im großen Haus. Inzwischen haben wir uns wohl alle an Hygieneregeln, Abstand halten und das lästige, aber sinnvolle Mundschutz-Tragen in Läden und Öffis gewöhnt.

Deshalb denken wir, dass es Zeit wird für eine „Rückholaktion" in unsere schöne TraSo-Villa. Wir vermissen den persönlichen Kontakt mit Euch und in Anbetracht des sinkenden Ansteckungsrisikos und der langen Zeit, die wir jetzt schon im Homeoffice sind, freuen wir uns darauf, Euch wieder öfter live und in Farbe zu sehen und zu hören.

Wir laden Euch deshalb sehr herzlich dazu ein, ab Montag, 4.5. wieder zurück an Euren gewohnten Arbeitsplatz zu kommen. Selbstverständlich sorgen wir auch weiterhin für ausreichend Desinfektionsmittel, Papierhandtücher und haben auch bei unseren gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten bisher schon ganz gut gelernt, mit der neuen Situation klar zu kommen.

Natürlich wissen wir, dass dies für einige von euch nicht so einfach möglich sein wird: sei es aus Gründen der Kinderbetreuung oder anderer persönlicher Umstände. Diese respektieren wir natürlich und alle, die dies betrifft, können selbstverständlich auch weiter vom Homeoffice aus arbeiten. Bitte sprecht in diesem Fall Eure Teamleiter an. Auch für individuelle und flexible Regelungen (z.B. 2 Tage im Büro, 3 Tage homeoffice o.ä.) sind wir offen.

Am Mittwoch, 6.5. laden wir Euch alle um 11:00 Uhr zu einem Teammeeting ein, bei dem wir Euch neue Infos zur aktuellen Lage der Reiseindustrie, zur Situation unserer Kunden und natürlich auch zu TraSo und den aktuellen Projekten und Zukunftsaussichten geben werden.

Und Karsten, der jetzt schon die vierte Woche unser Team bereichert, möchte sich gerne bei allen auch einmal persönlich vorstellen und möglichst auch alle Kollegen und Kolleginnen kennenlernen, die er bisher noch nicht gesehen oder gesprochen hat.

Am Teammeeting könnt Ihr auch virtuell per Jitsi teilnehmen, falls ihr nicht vor Ort sein werdet, die Einwahldaten schicken wir vorher rum.

Wir freuen uns sehr auf Euch und wünschen bis dahin allen einen erholsamen Feiertag und ein schönes, langes Wochenende.

Dear TraSo-Team,

meanwhile some weeks have already passed since we all saw each other last "in real".

The figures in Leipzig regarding the low infection rate, but also the increasing number of people recovering from the disease, give hope that the situation will slowly return to normal, even if there is still a long way to go economically.

However, many of you miss your colleagues very much and those who regularly continued to come to the TraSo Villa often found it eerily quiet in the big house.

In the meantime we all got used to hygiene rules, keeping our distance and the annoying but useful wearing of masks in shops and public places.

Therefore, we think it is time for a „welcome back home" to our beautiful TraSo-Villa. We miss the personal contact with you and considering the decreasing risk of infection and the long time we are already in the home office, we are looking forward to seeing and hearing you live and in colour more often again.

We therefore cordially invite you to come back to your usual workplace starting Monday, 4.5. Of course we will continue to provide you with sufficient disinfectant, paper towels and we have already learned to cope with the new situation during our meals together.

Of course we know that this will not be easy for some of you: be it for reasons of childcare or other personal circumstances. Of course, we respect these and all of you who are affected by this can of course continue to work from your home office. In this case please contact your team leader. We are also open for individual and flexible arrangements (e.g. 2 days in the office, 3 days home office or similar).

On Wednesday, 6.5. we invite you all to a team meeting at 11:00 a.m., where we will give you new information about the current situation of the travel industry, the situation of our customers and of course about TraSo and the current projects and future prospects.

And Karsten, who is already enriching our team for the fourth week, would like to introduce himself personally to all of you and, if possible, get to know all the colleagues he has not yet seen or spoken to.

You can also take part in the team meeting virtually via Jitsi, if you won't be there, we will send you the dial-in data beforehand.

We are very much looking forward to seeing you and until then we wish you all a relaxing bank holiday and a nice, long weekend.
