all our servers (GS and RZ1) are running on version 20.03 now, changes where mainly made within ansible config environment and automatisation workflow and linux os system stabilisation.

* bootstrap: fixed swap file creation for centos 7, re-implemented swap disk creation
* centos8: switched from ntpd to crony
* all roles: unified "package" installation for centos7, centos8, debian systems (instead of calling dnf, yum, apt)
