Hallo ihr Lieben,in einem Monat findet unsere diesjährige Sommerfeier statt.
Gern möchten wir Euch ein paar neue Informationen dazu geben und auch Eure Teilnahme erfragen.
Wie bereits erwähnt starten wir mit dem Rad von der TraSo Villa und fahren entlang des Elsterflutbeckens/Luppe zum Auensee, wo wir einen kurzen Stopp machen und eine kleine Stärkung zu uns nehmen.
Danach geht es weiter entlang des Wassers bis zur Auwaldstation (http://www.auwaldstation.de/), wo wir einen gemütlichen Abend verbringen werden.
Für alle die nicht mit dem Fahrrad fahren wollen, keine Sorge. Man kommt auch sehr gut mit der Straßenbahnlinie 11 zur Auwaldstation. Für Autofahrer gibt es dort am Schloss Lützschena auch Parkmöglichkeiten.
Anbei findet ihr einen Link, damit wir planen können, wie viele von Euch mitkommen. Wie bereits erwähnt sind Eure Partner und Kinder auch herzlich eingeladen:

Dazu ein paar Infos bezüglich dem Eintragen dort:
- Mit dem Ankreuzen im Doodle gebt ihr an, bei welchen Stationen ihr selber dabei sein werdet
- Bitte gebt zu Eurem Namen/Kürzel die Anzahl ein, wie viele zusätzliche Personen mitkommen und ab welcher Station diese dabei sein werden (also z.B. "MHA +1 ab Station 2")
- Solltet ihr ein Mietfahrrad benötigen, bitte macht ein Kreuz in der letzten Spalte, wir werden dann auf Euch zukommen und besprechen wie viele ihr genau benötigt. Bitte bedenkt es sind nur Fahrräder für Erwachsene möglich.
Bei Fragen meldet Euch gerne. Wir freuen uns schon auf ein tolles Event mit Euch.

Hi all together,
in one month our summer party will take place.
We would like to give you some new information and ask for your participation.
As already mentioned we start with the bike from the TraSo Villa and ride along the Elsterflutbecken/Luppe to the Auensee, where we make a short stop and have a little refreshment. Then we continue along the water to the Auwaldstation (http://www.auwaldstation.de/), where we will spend a cosy evening.
For all those who don't want to ride a bike, don't worry. You can also get there by tram. For car drivers there is also a parking place at the Lützschena Castle.
Enclosed you will find a link, so that we can plan how many of you will come with us. As already mentioned, your partners and children are cordially invited:

Please find some information about filling in here:
- By ticking the box in the Doodle you indicate which stations you will be attending yourself
- Please enter the number of additional persons to your name and from which station they will be present (e.g. "MHA +1 from station 2").
- If you need a rental bike, please make a cross in the last column, we will come later to you and discuss how many you need exactly. Please note that only bikes for adults are possible.
Please register until 19.08.2019, so that we still have enough time to plan everything for the corresponding number of persons.
