das Wetter für Freitag sieht sehr gut aus und der aktive Teil des Sommerfests findet diesmal auf dem Wasser statt. Offizielles Arbeitsende ist ja 15:00 Uhr (bitte die Kunde informieren), dann können wir gegen 15:30 loslaufen.

Um 16:00 Uhr können wir sowohl Drachenboote als auch Canadier am Bootsverleih am Klingerweg leihen (jeweils 10 Personen) und nun benötige ich nur noch die genaue Teilnehmerzahl von euch (wer kommt mit wieviel Begleitung, Kinder etc.)

Ab 17:30 Uhr sind wir dann wieder in der Villa und das Grillen kann starten.

Außerdem wäre es toll, wenn ihr auch wieder mit selbstgemachten Salaten und/oder Nachspeisen zu einem tollen Fest beitragen könntet. Grillfleisch, Veggievarianten, Grillsoßen und Getränke kommen von TraSo. Die Musik im xClub ab ca. 20:00/21:00 Uhr von Marvin und Denny, wir freuen uns! Da Julian leider nicht lange dabei sein kann, benötigen wir noch einen Barkeeper für die xBar, wer Lust darauf hat, kann mir gerne schreiben.

Bitte tragt euch bis morgen 15:00 Uhr in die Liste auf dem Datashare ein (Datashare Z:\Team\Sommerfest ) mit Personenanzahl und Mitbringsel ein, vielen Dank!

Dear TraSo team,

the weather for Friday looks very good and the active part of the summer festival will take place on the water this time. The official end of work is 15:00 (please inform the customers), then we can start running around 15:30.

At 16:00 we can rent dragon boats as well as canoes at the boat rental at Klingerweg (10 persons each) and now I just need the exact number of participants from you (who will come with how much company, children etc.).

From 5:30 pm we are back at the villa and the barbecue can start.

It would also be great if you could contribute to a great party with homemade salads and/or desserts. Barbecue meat, veggies, barbecue sauces and drinks will be provided by TraSo. Music in the xClub will be provided by Marvin and Denny from about 20:00/21:00, we are looking forward to it! Since Julian unfortunately can't be there for long, we still need a bartender for the xBar, whoever feels like it can write to me.

Please sign up for the list on the datashare (Datashare Z:\Team\Sommerfest ) by 15:00 tomorrow with the number of people and what you are bringing, thank you! 

PLEASE! If you only want to take part in the dinner or the party in the xClub and not in the active part on the water, please note this on the list, thank you.
