vor einiger Zeit habe ich euch von der Option berichtet, dass Dietmar Gunz, der Gründer von FTI, Spica übernehmen wird.

Das wurde heute bekannt gegeben.

Was bedeutet das für uns:

- Es gibt die Option!!!

- Dass Spica schnell wachsen wird

- Dass Spica mehr von unserem Hotel- und Flug-Content benötigen wird

- Dass sie neue Funktionen wollen und so weiter.

Wir werden sehen.

Ich freue mich über diese Information und diese Situation, weil sie uns gute Optionen bietet.

Some time ago I told you about the option for Dietmar Gunz, the founder of FTI, to take over Spica.
