Dear TraSo-Team, As we are becoming more and more international with our new employees, we discussed in the team leader meeting what would be the best way of communication in the future. In this context, we would like to ask all of you who feel comfortable with their English to communicate in English in our meetings (such as stand up or monthly team meetings) or in important E-Mails that affect everyone. No one is forced to, but this will allow us to give our new team members an even better start at TraSo, until they are fit in German and understand what is being talked about.
