english version below Liebes TraSo-Team, Gilt für Mitarbeiter in Kurzarbeit: nachdem 2020 hoffentlich mittlerweile gedanklich hinter euch liegt, darf ich nun verkünden, dass auch die AZE für das Jahr 2020 abgeschlossen ist - ich kann mir vorstellen, dass einige von euch jetzt aus dem Feiern nicht mehr rauskommen :). Da ich auch nur ein Mensch bin, bitte ich euch jedoch, die Monate November und Dezember nochmal zu kontrollieren. Konkret reicht ein Blick auf die Monatsübersicht im Backend an dieser Stelle: An der Stelle: „Summe Zeit (+/-):“ muss ein negativer Wert stehen. Das müsst ihr nicht sofort prüfen - wenn ihr also in dieser Woche mal 3 Minuten habt, wäre das super, wenn ihr euch das mal anschaut. Falls da noch ein positiver Wert steht, schickt mir bitte eine kurze Mail - es reicht die Info, die genauen Zahlen sehe ich ja auch. Außerdem möchte Ich mich bedanken, dass ihr trotz der Umstände die AZE so gewissenhaft pflegt und nirgends größere Lücken aufgekommen sind. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und Ihr helft mir damit sehr. Es reicht aber vollkommen aus, wenn ihr euch an jedem Arbeitstag morgens einloggt. Ausloggen müsst ihr euch nicht, das hilft mir auch nicht weiter. Da ist also Zeit- und Nervensparpotenzial für euch drin! Wenn ihr sonst noch Wünsche und Anliegen zu diesem Thema habt, stehe ich wie immer zu eurer Verfügung! Habt einen schönen Restjanuar und bleibt alle gesund!
