[Hotfix] Planned restart of servers today at 2pm

The following Servers will restart today at 2pm due to configuration
changes needed for stability, performance and fixing errors from the
last 2 days regarding db02.jt.

db02.jt.xres.de
cache03.opd.xres.rz1.xtrav.de
