[Hotfix] [Config][einige] Prepare systems for local RPAC storage

Hello, we have updated runtime configuration for the following customers: COS, FER, FOR, LMX, MPEP, PEP, WFT. The content of /XRESCONF/CONTEXT/RPAC is extended with an extra node. Responsible: GIV Mit freundlichen Grüßen GIV.
