[Hotfix] reactivated mongo for LMX and FER

      Hi,

after crash of the mongo daemon today the lmx collection corrupted
unrecoverable. I purged the data and activated LMX and FER so we have
logs for LMX at least for the wekend.

So far it looks quiet good i'll keep an eye on it for the weekend.
