[Hotfix] [CONFIG] [JT] OTDS export

Unfortunately our hotfix for JT OTDS export yesterday takes to much memory, so parts of the backup process didn't run. We have a hotfix for this problem but it's Friday, so I try temporally fix this problem with a configuration change.
