[Hotfix] 19.02-31

Version 19.02-31 was deployed at JT, OPD, FER, FOR and XPUR. changes since: 19.02-28 -------- VBE XRES-5708 19.02-29 -------- OHO FER-2008 19.02-30 -------- OHO LMX-2766 19.02.31 -------- SPE XRES-5711 The hotfix we needed is contained in 19.02-31. A change on the family friendly module in version 19.02 causes a problem into booking core requests.
