Yesterday we have successfully tested our OTDS hotfix. Now I've deploy Xres version 19.03-21 to FER again and rerun the COR OTDS export.

Xres Version 19.03 was marked as broken and can't merge into 19.04. I've created an WIP merge request 19.03 to 19.04.
Currently we have a problem with the OTDS export, we are still working on that. We have successfully test the fix on JT staging and now we would test it with a complete COR OTDS export.
The COR OTDS export on FER live system can't be run with xres version gt 19.03-18.
So now.
1. I will deploy the hofix version 19.03-21 to FER live 2. I will start a COR OTDS export without upload 3. We will compare the new export with the last one 4. We will decide if we rollback or leave the hotfixed version of 19.03
FER was informed.
