[Hotfix] [CRON] COS + SIT

      Hi folks,

I've just deployed the cron jobs on COS and SIT xRes systems.
In configuration-674 we changed the start times for the turbo-infx 
export for COS (XRES-10166) and the second INFX export for SIT (XRES-10165)
