[Hotfix] [Config][Cron] deactivation TOUR in FER and OPD system

      Hi,

we are in process of deactivating the hotel interface TOUR in the FER
and OPD (tropo) system. Cron-Deployment is already done. Config changes
will follow today or tomorrow morning.
