Liebes TraSo Team (english version below), ich habe eine gute und eine schlechte Nachricht. Fangen wir mal mit der guten Nachricht an: Charlyn und Denny haben in den letzten Jahren sehr viel geleistet, um unsere Systeme auf- und auszubauen und haben einen großen Anteil daran, wie TraSo heute aufgestellt ist. Teilweise war es sichtbar, teilweise war es unsichtbar, denn wenn man Admins nicht bemerkt, dann machen die Systeme das, was sie sollen. Mit dem Knowhow ,das sie in Zusammenarbeit mit dem ganzen Team aufgebaut haben, haben sie jetzt eine neue Herausforderung gefunden, in der ein Unternehmen Ihnen den Aufbau einer komplett neuen Infrastruktur anvertraut. Das ist viel Vertrauen in die beiden und das ist eine große Chance für die beiden. Nun zu der schlechten Nachricht: Das bedeutet leider, dass beide uns nach 7 bzw. sogar 8 Jahren zum 1.1.2025 verlassen werden. Darüber bin ich und seid Ihr vermutlich auch sehr, sehr traurig. Beide sind nicht nur in Ihren Rollen, sondern auch bei unseren Partys immer ein harter, wunderbarer und verlässlicher Kern des Teams TraSo gewesen. Wie geht es jetzt weiter? Gunnar, Henrik, Daniela und ich sind intensiv mit verschiedenen Personalberatern im Gespräch und haben bereits die ersten Termine mit Kandidaten. In den nächsten Tagen gehen verschiedene Anzeigen online. Das neue Stellengesuch wird asap auf unserer Webseite unter https://www.traso.de/jobs/ zu finden sein. Wir wissen aber auch, dass Ihr die besten Botschafter der TraSo seid und die meisten der neuen Kolleginnen und Kollegen in den letzten Jahren durch Eure Empfehlung gekommen sind. Bitte sprecht also Eure Kontakte an und verbreitet die Botschaft, dass wir 2 offene Stellen im Bereich Netzwerkadministration zu besetzen haben. Nochmal zu Erinnerung: Ihr erhaltet eine Prämie von 2.500 € pro Kandidatin oder Kandidat, die/der die Probezeit bei uns bestanden hat! Für die Übergangszeit haben Charlyn und Denny uns dankenswerterweise zugesichert, dass sie Gunnar, die Bereitschaft und das ganze Team noch tatkräftig unterstützen. Sei es in Notfällen oder auch mit Projekten, natürlich in Abstimmung mit Ihren neuen Rollen und zeitlichen Anforderungen. Darüber sind wir alle sehr froh, weil es uns Sicherheit gibt. Wie lange das sein wird oder sein muss, dazu werden wir uns eng mit Gunnar und den beiden abstimmen. Es bleibt noch einiges an Zeit, um Danke zu sagen und den einen oder anderen Task vom Schreibtisch zu räumen. Und dann werden wir auch uns auch mindestens im xClub hoffentlich wieder treffen. Wir wünschen Charlyn und Denny aber schon jetzt ganz viel Erfolg für Ihre neue Aufgabe und Gunnar versprechen wir, ihn bestmöglich in dieser Zeit zu unterstützen. Let's start with the good news: Charlyn and Denny have done a great deal in recent years to set up and expand our systems and have played a major role in how TraSo is positioned today. Sometimes it was visible, sometimes it was invisible, because if you don't notice admins, the systems do what they're supposed to. With the know-how they have built up in collaboration with the whole team, they have now found a new challenge in which a company is entrusting them with building a completely new infrastructure. That's a lot of trust in the two of them and it's a great opportunity for them. Now for the bad news: Unfortunately, this means that both of them will leave us on 1 January 2025 after 7 and even 8 years respectively. I am very, very sad about this, and I'm sure you are too. Both of them have always been a hardworking, wonderful and reliable core of the TraSo team, not only in their roles but also at our parties. What happens now? Gunnar, Henrik, Daniela and I are in intensive talks with various personnel consultants and already have the first appointments with candidates. In the next few days, various ads will go online. The new job application will be posted on our website as soon as possible. But we also know that you are the best ambassadors for TraSo and that most of our new colleagues in recent years have come through your recommendations. So please get in touch with your contacts and spread the word that we have two vacancies in the network administration department. As a reminder, you will receive a bonus of €2,500 for each candidate who passes our probationary period! For the transition period, Charlyn and Denny have kindly assured us that they will continue to actively support Gunnar, the on-call service and the whole team. Be it in emergencies or with projects, of course in coordination with your new roles and time requirements. We are all very happy about this because it gives us security. How long this will or must be, we will coordinate closely with Gunnar and the two of them. There is still some time to say thank you and clear one or two tasks off the desk. And then we will hopefully meet again at least in the xClub.
