English version below Liebes TraSo Team, die ersten Wochen der Homeoffice Zeit haben wir hinter uns und so wie es aussieht, werden es wohl noch mal 2-3 Wochen werden. Auch wenn einige von euch noch regelmäßig ins Büro kommen, haben sich doch einige Routinen geändert. Fitnessstudio oder der Sportkurs fallen aus (manche laufen aber mehr als vorher, cool!) und sicher gönnen wir uns öfter mal etwas Leckeres und das macht sich vielleicht auch bei euch auf der Waage bemerkbar (also bei mir ist das jedenfalls so, schluchz). Manche machen sich vielleicht auch mehr Gedanken als noch vor einigen Wochen, kommen ins Grübeln, schlafen schlechter oder fühlen sich durch die dauernde räumliche Nähe mit allen Familienmitgliedern gestresst. All das ist normal und total verständlich.
