Hi together, our deploymentdays took place on 28.03.19. Here we worked very productively on a successful ticket creation. Unfortunately this seems to have fallen into oblivion. We should work on it again. "Live the new ticketlive"... or so. I'd like to remind you once again of the most important points we agreed on: * *Developers *AND *supporters *have to stick to the developed structure (DB, TARGET, ACTUAL, ToDo, Business Case, Test Notes): descritption in DE AND EN!!!!!! * PM will create another "good ticket template" * Title of the ticket in german is sufficient (developers don't read that anyway) * Content of the title MUST be in the description * if possible, use english screenshots * Developers must document what they have done.
