Liebes Team TraSo, (english Version below) ich hoffe alle konnten die Feiertage ruhig und schön verbringen und freuen sich darauf, in diesem Jahr schrittweise aus der Corona Beschränkung wieder heraus zu kommen. Wir freuen uns auf jeden Fall über offene Restaurants, Shops ohne Beschränkungen, Reisen in viele Zielgebiete und vor allem ganz viele Buchungen. Das dies noch ein längerer Weg sein wird, ist uns allen bewusst. Schön, dass wieder so viele Gesichter entweder im Büro oder in Jitsi erscheinen und wir gemeinsam mit den verschiedenen Arbeiten an unseren Produkten starten. Zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr, als dann nur noch eine Handvoll von uns aktiv waren, da war es schon sehr ruhig. Wie geht es jetzt weiter: * Firma vs. Homeoffice * Ihr könnt natürlich weiter im Homeoffice arbeiten. Insbesondere bei der aktuell immer noch sehr hohen Infektionszahl und den Herausforderungen des homeschoolings und der KITA Schließungen für alle Eltern unterstützen wir diese Möglichkeit weiter. * Über die, die lieber in die Firma kommen freuen wir uns, dann ist es hier nicht so leer. * Damit die Arbeit aus dem Homeoffice gut im Team integriert ist, hatten wir darum gebeten, dass ALLE im Stand-up teilnehmen Bitte wirklich alle morgens um 9:00 zuschalten - danke * Außerdem ist es sehr hilfreich, wenn wir gemeinsam ein paar Regeln einhalten, die im Home-Office nicht anders sind als in der Firma * Erreichbarkeit: * Damit Themen abgestimmt werden können bzw.
