Hi all, (you can find the english version below) und wieder gibt es zumindest einen kleinen Lockdown, auch wenn es so nicht heißt. Ich finde es sehr traurig, kann den Schritt nachvollziehen, auch wenn andere Reaktionen früher hätten kommen müssen und besser gewesen wären. Sachsen hat eine viel niedrigere Impfquote 57,6% (vollständig geimpft) als der Bundesdurchschnitt 67,9% und deswegen eine viel höhere Infektionsquote 862,1 in Sachen zu 372,7 im Durchschnitt. Darum musste Sachsen stärkere Maßnahmen einführen, als dies für ganz Deutschland entschieden wurde. Was bedeutet dies für uns: * Ab Montag gilt Home-Office Pflicht * So wie in den beiden ersten Phasen schicke ich Euch in der Anlage einen Passierschein * Im IT-Bereich haben wir einen Sonderstatus und deswegen dürfen wir unserem Team ermöglichen ins Büro zu kommen. * Wer wieder ins Büro kommt ist herzlich willkommen das müsst Ihr bitte selbst entscheiden und an die Teamleitern oder mich kommunizieren. * Wir werden uns mit den Teamleitern morgen früh nach dem Stand-up kurz abstimmen und evtl. weitere Infos verteilen * Ab Montag gilt 3G im Büro (Bundesweit gilt das ab Mittwoch) * Jeder, der ins Büro kommt, zeigt entweder Mandy, wenn sie da ist oder mir seinen Impfstatus * Wir erfassen es einmal, dann braucht es nicht wieder gezeigt zu werden * Oder wir bekommen den genesenen Status gezeigt * Wird ebenfalls erfasst * Oder es muss täglich ein Test gemacht werden * Entweder bei einer externen Stelle * Oder bei mir im Büro (nicht durch mich, sondern bei mir) * Dazu sind wir als Arbeitgeber verpflichtet inkl. der Dokumentation des 3G Status * Selbsttests im Büro für 2G * Alle die geimpft oder genesen sind * machen weiter 2 Tests pro Woche * bringen die unverändert zu mir * wer möchte kann auch weiterhin Tests mit nach Hause nehmen und diese dort bereits durchführen * Ich hatte tatsächlich nicht erwartet, dass die Zahlen wieder so schnell und so stark hochgehen * Aber da sieht man den Unterschied * Sachsen 862,1 Inzidenz und Impfquote 57,6% * Bremen 166,4 Inzidenz und Impfquote 79,5% * Insgesamt sind alle, die bereits einen 2G Status haben, deutlich besser geschützt, als in den ersten Wellen * Das heißt aber nicht, dass sie absolut sicher sind passt bitte weiter auf Euch auf Was ändert sich sonst noch in Sachsen: * Schulen und Kitas unverändert offen (zum Glück) * Restaurants und Gaststätten 2G und ab 20:00 geschlossen * Weihnachtsmarkt geschlossen * Einzelhandel inkl.
