Hello TraSo Team, i'am not in the office today because i've a special vacation day. Tomorrow i'll be back. Congratualtions to the participants, finisher and supporter of Firmenlauf 2019. English version below Hallo Team TraSo, unser Lauf war wieder ein toller Event. Wenn man sieht, dass wir dieses Jahr mit 19 Teilnehmern und Teilnehmerinnen gestartet sind, letztes Jahr waren wir 13. Wenn man sieht, welche Ergebnisse wir erreicht haben - cool Und dann aber immer wieder beachtet, es kommt nicht darauf an, was der Eine oder die Andere macht, schneller, schöner, besser etc. Es kommt auf jeden von uns selber an. Was ist uns wichtig, was wollen wir erreichen und was haben wir erreicht? Und wenn ich sehe, was wir erreichen, ohne dass ich dafür etwas getan habe. Es war Nancys Idee. Sie hat inzwischen 19 Läufer aus uns gemacht Wir haben vorher trainiert Wir machen uns Gedanken, wie wir hier noch ein wenig fitter werden können oder dort noch ein wenig abnehmen können. Danke Nancy für die Idee, die so viele angesteckt hat. Danke für Dein Engagement mit dieser Idee immer mehr anzustecken. Diese Idee und auch andere führen nicht nur zu dem tollen Ereignis. Diese Ideen wirken stärker bei uns. Sie verändern Personen und Einstellungen. Jeder kann mitmachen, es ist egal wie schnell , es ist egal, wie oft zwischendurch gelaufen wird. Es geht ums Mitmachen und vor allem ums Machen. Letzte Woche habe ich wieder erfahren, nicht gehört, sondern erlebt, was Bewegung aus uns machen kann. Als ich eine Woche Yoga mit Daniela machen durfte und als Ihr Euch um die TraSo gekümmert habt. Danke an alle für die Freizeit, die wir nehmen durften und die für uns so wichtig ist. Uns geht es auch nicht darum, dass jeder mitlaufen muss oder jeder etwas machen muss. Dass muss jeder für sich entscheiden. Uns geht es darum, dass sich jeder Gedanken machen sollte, was für ihn gut wäre. Ich bin stolz auf die Veränderung, die wir gemeinsam erleben und die wir gemeinsam gestalten Ein vorher und nachher Bild zeigt, dass wir alle auch nachher noch Spaß hatten. Ich freue mich auf nächstes Jahr und auf die Ideen, die Ihr sonst noch so habt. Haiko Our run was again a great event. If you see that we started this year with 19 participants, Last year we were 13. They change people and attitudes. Everyone can join in, it does not matter how fast, it does not matter how many times in between people are walking. It's about participation and above all about doing something. Last week I experienced again, I did not hear, but experienced what movement can do. When I was allowed to do yoga for a week with Daniela and when you took care of the TraSo. Thanks to everyone for the free time we were allowed to take and which is so important to us. We are not concerned that everyone has run with us or everyone has to do something. Everyone has to decide for themselves. Our concern is that everyone should think what would be good for him and then just start doing it. I am proud of the change that we experience together and that we shape together A before and after picture shows that we all had fun afterwards. I am looking forward to next year and to the ideas that you have otherwise. Firmenlauf 2019 - letzte Info´s

Liebe Kollegen, anhängend die wichtigsten Info´s zusammengefasst zum Firmenlauf 2019, welcher am Mittwoch stattfindet. Die Startunterlagen werde ich heute Abend abholen und Ihr findet diesen dann morgen früh auf Eurem Schreibtisch. Bei den Startunterlagen befinden sich Wertmarken (Snack+Getränk), bitte nehmt diese mit zum Lauf und löst diese nach dem Lauf an den entsprechenden Ständen ein. Der Start für unser Team ist um 18:00 Uhr (wir sind in der ersten von 4 Startwellen) und es werden insgesamt über 19 000 Teilnehmer (neuer Teilnehmerrekord) erwartet. Empfehlenswert ist es für die Wartezeit im Startbereich noch eine kleine Wasserflasche dabei zu haben, bzw. *_den ganzen Tag über ausreichend zu trinken_*_*!!! *_ Ich würde vorschlagen, dass die Läufer hier *gemeinsam um 17:00 Uhr zu Fuß starten *(1,8 km ca. 22 min). Die Unterstützer die uns anfeuern, können sich gern anschließen oder auch später nachkommen. Wer schon jetzt sagen kann das er zum anfeuern kommt, den bitte ich kurz bei mir Bescheid zu geben. Als Treffpunkt nach dem Lauf würde ich den hinteren Zielbereich (Cottagweg) die _*linke*_ Seite vorschlagen. Hier noch meine Handynummer für alle Fälle 0151 44 33 71 83. Ich werde mein Telefon die ganze Zeit dabei haben. Wenn Ihr noch Fragen habt, meldet Euch gern. Within these documents you can find tokens (snack and drinks), please take them with you to the running event and get something for them on the event area. The start for our team is at 6 p.m. (18 Uhr), we are in start block 1 of 4. There are 19 thousand people expected to take part. It is recommended to take some water with You for the period of waiting for the start ... *_and please drink enough through all the day!!!_* I recommend *all runners to start in the office together at 5 p.m. (17 Uhr)*, we will walk to the event area (1.8 km round abount 22 min).
